1.The International Ballıca Academic Research Congress to be held will be held in Tokat province on September 22-24. 1. The International Ball Deca Academic Research Congress (UBAAK) aims to bring together scientists from Turkey and the World in a wide range of fields including Social Sciences, Science and Engineering Sciences, Health Sciences, Law, Fine Arts, Educational Sciences, Sports Sciences, Architecture and Design sciences and aims to contribute to the development of science by addressing new studies of an original nature. 1. With the guidance of the International Ballıca Academic Research Congress (UBAAK) and the scientific committee consisting of expert researchers and academics in the field, it is aimed to contribute to the academic studies platform of Turkey with a scientific event to be organized at the international level.

1. The International Ballıca Academic Research Congress provides ASSOCIATE professorship criteria, academic promotions and all procedures. Turkish English is the language of presentation of the congress. Each paper sent to our congress will be evaluated by scientists who are experts in the field and oral and poster papers that are appropriate to be submitted after this evaluation will be presented. All abstract and full text papers to be presented at the congress will be scanned from the plagiarism program and taken to the referee process. After passing through the referee process, it will be published as an e-book with the ISBN number in electronic environment according to the editor's decision.
