Oral Presentation
In the sessions where oral presentations (4-5 presentations) are included together, 15 minutes of time will be given for each presentation. Please take into account the warnings of the chairman of the session about the time limit.
Poster Presentation
Turkish English posters can be prepared in Turkish or English without depending on a certain template. A “Poster Session” will be held for the posters that are entitled to be exhibited, and poster owners will make the presentation of their posters during this session.
The poster should have the name of the study, the names of the author / authors, their titles, the names of the institutions they work for, the purpose of the study, the method used, the results and the evaluation sections.
Online Session Rules
- The congress sessions will be held through the zoom program.
- The links and passwords of the Zoom rooms where the sessions will be held will be included in the program booklet.
- Our participants are requested to enter the Zoom room at least 20 minutes before the start of the sessions in which they will make presentations.
- Your microphone and camera should be turned off when you enter the session; your microphone and camera should be turned on when it's your turn to present.
- First, open the documents you want to share about your presentation on your computer, then select the screen where your document is located by pressing the share screen button in the Zoom program and share it like that. If your document has a video or sound effect, when you enter the share screen section, click on the share computer sound option in the lower-left corner, then select the screen where your document is located and share it like that.
- You can ask the questions you will ask to the participants about the presentations in the sessions from the chat section of the Zoom program or by voice. We recommend that our participants follow the session by opening the chat section.
- We will identify our participants who will make presentations as panelists before the session starts. However, we will also identify our overlooked participants as panelists during the session.
- You are not required to leave the room when your session is over.
